1. About Rovian

Rovian (myrovian.in) is a proprietorship firm based at SCO-13 Basement, Madhok Complex, Opp. Silver Arc Mall, Near Feroze Gandhi Market, Ludhiana, Punjab – 141001. We provide advisory and facilitation services for loans, deposits, insurance and investment products offered by banks, NBFCs, insurers and other regulated institutions. We are not a bank, NBFC, insurer or stock broker. Every approval and decision is made by the institution concerned, under its own policies.

2. Our role with providers

  • Loans: We are an empanelled partner and facilitator for banks and NBFCs. Your loan agreement is with the lender. Approval, interest rate, fees and terms are set only by the lender. We do not guarantee approval or any rate.
  • Insurance: Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. We distribute insurance as a Point of Sales Person (POSP) and through a corporate agent partner. The insurer issues the policy and decides claims. Please read the policy wording before you buy.
  • Mutual funds: We are an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-202365). Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully.
  • Demat and other investments: Our firm is empanelled with NJ Wealth and Centricity for Demat accounts and investment products, and the account is opened with them. For investment products, we act as a distributor. Any guidance we give is incidental to distribution and is not personalised investment advice under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations. Investments are subject to market risk, and past performance does not guarantee future returns.
  • Deposits: Fixed and recurring deposits are offered by banks and other issuers. Rates and terms are set by the issuer.

4. How we earn

Rovian does not charge you a fee to submit an enquiry. We earn commission or fees from the banks, NBFCs, insurers and brokers whose products you take through us. This does not increase the price you pay.

5. Your responsibilities

Please give correct information and documents. We may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry. We send marketing messages only if you have agreed, and you can withdraw consent any time on our Withdraw Consent page.

Links to lender, insurer or partner sites are for your convenience. Their terms and privacy practices apply there. We are not responsible for their content.

7. Limitation

We try to keep this site accurate, but we do not promise it is always complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions taken only on the basis of this site.

8. Grievances

Please include your name, contact details and what happened. Data-protection requests follow our Privacy Policy. For a matter involving a lender, insurer or broker, you can also approach that institution’s grievance cell and, if needed, the relevant regulator (RBI, IRDAI, SEBI or AMFI).
